自己的預算自己定 參與式預算開跑

「咱的預算，咱自己決定！」台中市推出「參與式預算」，鎖定中區建設，4日上午在中區公所一樓召開記者會並正式成立「台中市中區參與式預算工作坊」，只要設籍台中市、年滿16歲的市民，都可以來參與提案及票選，11月中旬將進行票選，最多通過6案。

都發局局長王俊傑表示，市府極力推動中區再生，市民對中區有任何改造想法，都可透過參與式預算提出，提案預算沒有上限。但民眾提出的計畫是在市府原本就有編列的預算或科目允許範圍之下，計畫就能直接執行，但如果民眾提出新的案件，也將在隔年納入追加預算。

祕書長黃景茂也舉例表示，目前正推動綠川整治等中區再生計畫，例如景觀綠美化、步道興建、建築物更新等等，民眾都可透過工作坊提出，並於10月24日透過共同討論、提案及票選，市府將進一步將提案提報市議會審查。
